What Should I be doing with my life?

John 6:29

Jesus replied, “The work of God is this: to believe in the One He has sent.”

This is the will of God and the work that must be done on a day to day basis, "To Believe in the One God sent". If you think otherwise, you have missed the mark and been lied to. I worked for years to please my earthly masters. With a "Yes boss", how high do you want me to jump. It was all under the continual threats of losing my job and ending up in the poor house. Businesses are known for lording their authority over people and making us feel inferior to their own ego's. Really, it's satan's ploy to buy into the false gods of this fading world but, don't you know that scripture says in James 4:4 You adulterous people, don’t you know that friendship with the world means enmity against God? Therefore, anyone who chooses to be a friend of the world becomes an enemy of God.

We continually get fed these lies and God is saying turn away from the pride of life, the lust of the eyes and the lust of the flesh and follow me. 

It is a sad existence to allow such wicked people to fear monger you into a corner, making you suck up and shrivel up into a shivering pool of cowardice. Be strong and courageous and start living for God. Don't be a mindless follower, be a non conformist and throw off the chains that bind you. Trust in God and He will lead you to pure water where you will never thirst again. It sounds archaic but it's the truth. You are spirits longing to be in a better place. 

Luke 17:21 says, the Kingdom of God is within you, This means when you except Jesus into your heart, He is now in you and hence His kingdom is in you and your perspective changes complely because all the keys to the kingdom reside in you. All you need to do is use these keys to open up the treasure boxes God has promised. What is the treasure you ask? the fruits of the spirit, honor, power, strength, peace that passes all understanding, riches beyond your wildest dreams. Wisdom, understanding, courage and the ability to know God as you are known by Him. 

Isn't it about time you took on God's perspective, afterall He did create you and the whole universe. You need to get out of the mud and shake yourself off. God has a divine plan for your life. Trust Him for everything, be a 1 percenter. Wake up each morning and praise Him with a thankful heart. Give God the first fruits of your life. God rewards those who diligently seek Him and draws close to those who draw close to Him. Belief is work and it will probably be the hardest thing you've ever done but the rewards will be from everlasting to everlasting in this life and the world to come
